Hyundai i10 ES
Here for sale is my i10 known to my family as Miffy. I have owned this car from new
and have loved every minute of it. These are brilliant little cars and are absolutely
perfect for nipping around town and doing the school run. It is great to drive with
light responsive steering and a zippy little engine. It's is in excellent condition having
covered just 7300 miles from new. I fitted mats the day it arrived so the carpets are
still perfect as is the paintwork.
I looked at all makes of small cars before choosing this one, as it has far better
equipment than most city cars. This includes: Air con, electric windows, power
steering, i-pod socket, split fold rear seat and height adjustable drivers seat.
Hyundai give a 5 year warranty which still has 2 and a half years left to run.
The car has been fully serviced every 12 months despite only covering 3000 miles per
year. It was last serviced in August and has covered under 1000 miles since then.
It is the ES special edition with metallic paint, coloured seats and colour coded bumpers.
The car looks, feels and even smells like it's brand new. In fact it's really just nicely
run in. It is taxed until the end of May but 12 months tax is just £30, and I paid less than
£200 a year for fully comp insurance. Around town I get about 40mpg. I've never taken
it on a motorway so don't know what it would do on a long run.
I am reluctantly selling this car as I am reducing my business so am selling my car and
van and have bought a vehicle that can do both jobs.
The local Hyundai dealer was recently advertising the same age and model car, but with
37,000 miles for £5995 and current list price is £8345.
